Job summary

Gamivision is seeking an IT Support Officer to provide day-to-day technical support and ensure smooth operation of office IT systems. You will install and maintain Windows OS, troubleshoot hardware and software, and assist with LAN/Wi‑Fi setup.

The role emphasizes basic AI tool usage for troubleshooting and documentation, plus collaboration with team members to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in IT support or a related role; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS installation, configuration, and software deployment.
• Understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi routers/access points, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of office hardware, printers, and peripheral device setup and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools and their practical use in IT support is preferred.

Responsibilities
