Job summary

Servis Group in Pakistan is seeking a maintenance/production engineer to ensure PPC targets are met and to drive efficiency across operations. You will work hands-on with machinery, troubleshoot issues, and maintain cleanliness and discipline in the production area.

The ideal candidate holds a DAE in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with 1–2 years of experience. You will plan resources and collaborate with the team to optimize throughput and quality on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• DAE in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• 1-2 years of experience.
• Experience aligned with PPC targets and production processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% achievement of monthly PPC targets.
• Drive process improvement by minimizing rejection and maximizing efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve engineering and machinery issues.
• Maintain discipline, housekeeping, and machine cleanliness.
• Plan and allocate resources (manpower, machines, and materials) as per operational needs.
