Job summary

Pearmantra Innovations is seeking a plant maintenance supervisor to oversee daily power plant operations, manage shift handovers, and ensure safe, cost-efficient production.

You will review shift reports, take timely corrective actions, troubleshoot emergencies, coordinate shutdowns and maintenance, and lead toolbox talks to uphold safety standards on site.

This role requires a DAE in Mechanical and 3–6 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• DAE Mechanical required.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise manual operations of the plant in shifts and manage shift handovers.
• Review previous shift reports to monitor operational parameters and ongoing tasks.
• Take timely corrective actions to prevent stoppages and operational disturbances.
• Handle troubleshooting and emergencies under guidance of Section In-charge.
• Ensure optimal utilization of all equipment and report any emergencies immediately.
• Coordinate and monitor shutdowns, repairs, and maintenance activities, including off-hours work.
• Conduct continuous plant inspections and manage cleaning contractor labour as required.
• Maintain daily shift reports and follow isolation/de-isolation procedures to ensure safety.
• Conduct toolbox talks (TBT) and enforce the Permit to Work System (PWS).
