Job summary

Interwood Mobel seeks a proactive IT Officer to deliver day‑to‑day IT support, maintain network infrastructure, bolster system security, and assist business applications.

The role covers desktop/laptop support, OS/software administration, MS 365, ERP, Power BI, cloud platforms, AD, cybersecurity, and automation using AI tools to boost productivity; plus asset tracking and SOP documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on IT support, helpdesk, or system administration experience.
• Strong troubleshoot and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver timely user support.
• Good documentation and organizational skills.
• Team‑oriented with proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, email, and end‑user devices.
• Install, configure, update, and maintain operating systems and software.
• Support Microsoft 365, ERP, HRMS, Power BI, HubSpot, Salesforce/Shopify, and online meetings.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, routers, switches, access points, and VoIP.
• Assist with server room maintenance, UPS monitoring, and basic server restarts.
• Coordinate with internet service providers and vendors for IT issues.
• Monitor antivirus and endpoint security; manage AD and Microsoft 365 accounts.
• Utilize AI tools to automate tasks and prepare reports.
• Maintain IT inventory, licenses, warranties, and asset lifecycle.
• Record incidents in the ticketing system; develop SOPs and onboarding docs.
