Job summary

Pakistan Single Window (PSW) is looking for an IT administrator to keep all systems running smoothly and maximize user benefits. You will install, configure, and manage hardware, software, and Office 365/SharePoint environments.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's in Engineering/ICT, and Microsoft certifications are a plus. You will support LAN/WAN networks, video conferencing, and intranet workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or ICT preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Certification in Microsoft Technologies (Office 365, SharePoint) is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Office 365, WLAN setup, video conferencing, SharePoint and Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all IT systems to ensure users get maximum benefit.
• Install and configure computer hardware, OS, software, and applications.
• Administer IT peripherals, printers, scanners, and other ICT devices.
• Configure Office 365 and SharePoint sites; manage content and access.
• Provide L1/L2 support for desktop and laptop users.
• Maintain IT asset inventory documentation.
• Install and manage Anti-Virus and security.
• Support meeting equipment and videoconferencing setup.
• Set up SharePoint intranet workspace and Power Automate workflows.
