Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce or related field.
• Hands on Experience of EUS and IT Support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong People and Customer Management skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams to successful project delivery.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of technical professionals to ensure project success.
• Develop project plans and provide status updates to executive leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project risks and mitigate them.
• Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.
• Foster an environment of collaboration, mentorship, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Create and maintain documentation related to project requirements, technical designs, and deployment plans.
