Job summary

DESTINATION ENTERPRISES INC is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to troubleshoot and resolve system and hardware incidents. You will analyze outages, document issues, and communicate with teams to ensure rapid resolution.

Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding staff, deploying hardware, and supporting staff at multiple locations within the airport footprint. You will install hardware and software, manage tickets in service systems, and provide on-the-job training to new department

Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly with clients and management.
• Capable of organizing short and long-term tasks.
• Experience in data coordination and conversion projects.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents via help desk channels.
• Initial analysis, diagnosis, and escalation of outages.
• Submit tickets in Freshdesk, IT Service-Now, and related systems.
• Onboard/offboard staff and manage deployments across sites.
• Perform hardware/software installations and provide user support.
• Provide training and orientation to new staff.
