Job summary

Game District is seeking an IT Officer to provide Level-1 support, troubleshoot hardware and software, and assist with day-to-day IT operations. You will handle onboarding, asset management, and basic network tasks to ensure smooth IT services across the company.

The role involves hardware maintenance, OS troubleshooting, and coordination with vendors for procurement and inventory management. A proactive, detail-oriented candidate with 1–2 years of IT experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• BSCS / BSIT / Computer Engineering or related degree.
• 1–2 years of relevant IT experience.
• Knowledge of Windows and macOS troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with AD, DNS, DHCP, and network basics.
• Basic understanding of UniFi Controller and wireless infra.
• Experience with IT procurement and inventory management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level-1 IT support for hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, and related equipment.
• Support Windows and macOS systems, software installs, updates, and configs.
• Assist with network issues, connectivity, and basic infrastructure tasks.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding, asset tracking, and access management.
• Assist with IT procurement, quotations, vendor coordination, and invoicing.
• Maintain records of IT assets and support activities.
