As an IT Support Engineer supporting Prime X on an onsite night shift basis in Islamabad (Bahria Enclave), you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of end-user technical support, hardware/software troubleshooting, infrastructure maintenance, and IT asset tracking. Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical support for PCs, laptops, printers, IP phones, and peripherals, troubleshooting Windows operating systems, business applications, email clients, VoIP telephony, and network issues, maintaining LAN/Wi-Fi infrastructure, routers, switches, and internet connectivity, monitoring and maintaining CCTV and access-control security systems, managing user accounts, system access permissions, and IT asset inventories, supporting employee onboarding, offboarding, and workstation setup, maintaining meticulous IT documentation and security records, and interacting directly with human resources recruitment specialists like Saniya Malik. Key Responsibilities:
