Job summary

HRSPL is seeking an IT Operations & Support Officer to provide daily IT support for Windows, Office, Outlook, printers and PCs, and to troubleshoot basic network issues in Islamabad.

You will maintain IT assets, handle incidents, prepare SOPs and documentation, and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs, contributing to infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 2–5 years of practical IT support experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, PC hardware and basic networking.
• Familiar with TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN and basic troubleshooting tools.
• Strong English communication skills.Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
