Job summary

People Perfect is seeking an experienced IT Manager for a leading financial services organization based in Islamabad. The role focuses on managing business applications, especially ERP and LOS, while overseeing IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, technology projects, and process automation.

The ideal candidate will lead IT teams, coordinate with vendors, and drive UAT and automation initiatives. A Bachelor's or Master's in CS and 3–5 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related IT discipline.
• 3–5 years of IT operations or business application management experience.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, especially finance and procurement modules.
• Practical knowledge of LOS and related workflows.
• Proficiency with SQL, database concepts, and data validation.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and project coordination.
• Excellent vendor management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of UAT, system implementation, and process automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support ERP applications, focusing on finance and procurement modules.
• Oversee LOS, including onboarding, credit proposals, approvals, and offers.
• Lead IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and tech projects.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for IT service delivery.
• Conduct UAT for new apps and system enhancements.
• Support AI integration and process automation initiatives.
• Manage IT teams, provide technical guidance, and coordinate training and reporting.
• Assist with IT procurement, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Ensure IT support, system availability, and timely issue resolution.
