People Perfect is hiring an experienced IT Manager for a leading financial services organization in Islamabad. The role focuses on managing business applications, especially ERP and LOS, while overseeing IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology projects.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, conduct UAT for new systems, and drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure reliable IT service delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or a related IT field.
• 3–5 years of IT operations or business application management experience.
• Strong ERP expertise focusing on finance and procurement modules.
• Practical knowledge of LOS and related workflows.
• Proficient in SQL and database concepts.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and project coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support ERP applications, particularly finance and procurement modules.
• Oversee LOS, including onboarding, credit proposals, approval workflows, and offer letters.
• Lead IT operations, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and technology projects.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, and stakeholders for IT service delivery.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new applications and enhancements.
• Support AI integration, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage IT teams, provide technical guidance, and coordinate training and reporting activities.
• Assist with IT procurement, budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management.
• Ensure effective IT support, system availability, and timely issue resolution.
