Job summary

People Perfect is hiring an experienced IT Manager for a leading financial services organization in Islamabad. The role focuses on managing business applications, especially ERP and LOS, while overseeing IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology projects.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, conduct UAT for new systems, and drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure reliable IT service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or a related IT field.
• 3–5 years of IT operations or business application management experience.
• Strong ERP expertise focusing on finance and procurement modules.
• Practical knowledge of LOS and related workflows.
• Proficient in SQL and database concepts.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support ERP applications, particularly finance and procurement modules.
• Oversee LOS, including onboarding, credit proposals, approval workflows, and offer letters.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing business applications, particularly Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Loan Origination Systems (LOS), while overseeing IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, technology projects, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support ERP applications, particularly finance and procurement modules, ensuring smooth business operations.
• Oversee Loan Origination Systems (LOS), including customer onboarding, credit proposals, approval workflows, and offer letter processes.
• Lead IT operations, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and technology-related projects.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, and key stakeholders for effective IT service delivery.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new applications, system enhancements, and technology projects.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT operations, business application management, or related functions.
• Strong functional and technical understanding of ERP systems, particularly finance and procurement modules.
• Practical knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and associated business workflows.
• Working knowledge of SQL queries, database administration concepts, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology project coordination.
• Strong team management, vendor coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of UAT, system implementation, and process automation.
