Zones, LLC is seeking a Client Success Manager I to ensure client satisfaction and drive success. You will process orders and quotes, foster strong client relationships, address customer needs, and contribute to inventory management and project coordination in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to delivering five-star service while collaborating with Sales and PMO on new rollouts.

Qualifications

• Graduate background with a business focus is preferred.
• Experience in enterprise-level sales or account management.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to meet/exceed requirements.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: process orders and quotes in a timely, accurate manner.
• Relationship Building: interact with customers daily and build strong relationships.
• Customer Service: support customer operations and reporting needs.
• Sourcing: coordinate and manage off-catalog customer requests.
• Project Management: plan accounts and coordinate needs; participate in pipeline growth.
• Focus on new accounts for first 6 months and assist at-risk accounts on the Service Desk.
