Job summary

Zuria Dor is seeking an Assistant Manager for Supply Chain & Inventory Control in Lahore to oversee end-to-end material flow from raw materials to finished goods. You will maintain accurate records, minimize discrepancies, and improve efficiency by coordinating with procurement, production, warehouse and design teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in supply chain, inventory control, warehouse operations, or production planning.
• Experience in fashion, apparel, textile, retail, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and ERP systems.
• Experience with inventory reconciliation, stock audits, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management & Control: maintain accurate records for raw materials, fabrics, trims, WIP and finished goods.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, shortages, excesses and variances.
• Maintain documentation for all inventory movements (receipts, issues, transfers, returns, adjustments).
• Monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory; prepare regular reports.
• Establish and monitor min/max/reorder levels for critical materials.
• Coordinate with Production and Procurement to ensure timely material availability.
• Track purchase orders and deliveries; highlight delays to stakeholders.
• Prepare material availability and shortage reports for management.
• Support material planning and replenishment schedules.
• Ensure materials are prioritized for production requirements and deadlines.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for receiving, storage, and movement of materials.
• Review GRNs, MRNs, MIs, transfer records and other documents for accuracy.
• Ensure production receives materials against approved requisitions and quantities.
• Monitor material returns from production and reconcile timely.
