The ideal candidate has 4–7 years in inventory management, strong leadership, analytical and communications skills, and experience with ERP/WMS systems and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a relevant field.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in inventory management, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain, with prior team-management experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, warehouse operations, and logistics processes.
• Experience working with ERP/WMS or inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Excellent team leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the complete inventory management process, including receiving, storage, issuance, transfers, returns, and reconciliation of inventory.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing excess, obsolete, slow-moving, and stock-out situations.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of inventory transactions in the ERP/system.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts, cycle counts, and periodic inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Monitor inventory movement and identify trends, variances, and potential risks.
• Develop and maintain inventory control procedures, policies, and SOPs.
• Ensure proper categorization, labeling, storage, and handling of inventory.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate movement of materials between locations.
• Monitor inbound and outbound inventory activities and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses, branches, sites, and other operational locations.
• Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space and proper inventory arrangement.
• Monitor transportation and delivery schedules to ensure timely movement of inventory.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and other departments regarding inventory requirements and movement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant safety and operational standards.
• Lead, supervise, and manage the inventory and logistics team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Allocate tasks and responsibilities among team members based on workload and operational requirements.
• Set team targets and KPIs and regularly monitor individual and departmental performance.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide continuous coaching, guidance, and feedback to team members.
• Identify training and development needs and facilitate appropriate learning opportunities.
• Maintain discipline, accountability, and professional standards within the team.
• Ensure adequate manpower planning and effective utilization of team resources.
• Resolve operational issues and team-related matters in a timely and professional manner.
