Job summary

Khanewal is seeking a skilled Inventory Manager to oversee stock levels across stores and warehouses. You will monitor daily inflows and outflows, perform regular cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies to safeguard accuracy.

You will maintain ERP/POS integrity, ensure proper GRN entries, and prepare routine inventory reports, supporting senior management in decision making and loss prevention across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily stock in/out for all SKUs across stores and warehouses.
• Conduct regular cycle counts, spot checks, and full physical inventory counts.
• Investigate stock shortages, excess stock, damages, and shrinkage.
• Maintain inventory accuracy in ERP/POS systems.
• Ensure accurate entry of GRNs, stock transfers, and inventory adjustments.
• Prepare daily/weekly inventory, aging, and shrinkage reports for management.
• Verify cash deposits, safe custody, POS cash reconciliation, and petty cash.
• Track and follow up on in-transit stock from warehouses to stores and between branches.
