The ideal candidate has extensive experience in store or inventory management, strong Excel skills, and excellent organization and accuracy in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience in store, warehouse, or inventory management.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements.
• Support issuance and receipt of materials according to company procedures.
• Organize the store to ensure materials are properly labeled and accessible.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist in periodic inventory audits.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Sales for timely material availability.
• Report damaged, expired, or low-stock items to the Store Officer/Manager.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping within the store.
