Job summary

One Homes in Karachi is seeking an Associate Property Consultant to generate sales opportunities, qualify leads, and nurture client relationships throughout the investment journey. You will conduct consultations, present properties, and manage a CRM-driven sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets while representing our premium portfolio at exhibitions and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
• 4–6 years of real estate sales or related customer-facing sales experience.
• Fluency in English and Urdu required; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using the CRM system.

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Associate Property Consultant to join our Karachi office. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and assisting customers throughout their property investment journey. You will represent One Homes' premium portfolio while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using the company's CRM system.
• Conduct consultations to understand clients' investment goals and recommend suitable properties.
• Schedule and conduct property presentations, meetings, and virtual consultations.
• Follow up with prospective clients and nurture relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and documentation in the CRM.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• 4–6 years of experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, banking, insurance, or other customer-facing sales roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Confident personality with excellent presentation abilities.
• Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored investment solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Fluency in English and Urdu is required. Additional languages will be considered a plus.
