Position Overview

A7 Group Real Estate is seeking highly motivated individuals to join their sales team as Telesales Representatives in their Lahore Office. The ideal candidate is a fluent English speaker with a passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets. You will be responsible for representing our brand to potential clients in the UAE market, requiring a professional demeanor and strong communication skills.

Position Details

• Position: Telesales Representative - UAE Real Estate Campaign
• Company: A7 Properties and Developers Pvt Ltd
• Location: Garden Town, Lahore (On-Site)
• Timings: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Days: Monday to Saturday
• Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
• Salary: 40k-70k as basic + Commission

Commission Details

• 10k commission on each sale of house rent.
• 50k commission on each sale of property.

Requirements

• Education: Graduates with at least 1 year of telesales experience.
• Language: Fluent English speakers (mandatory).
• Location: Lahore-based candidates.
• Attributes: Energetic, highly motivated & target-driven individuals.

Preferred Skills

• Real estate telesales experience is a plus - especially UAE real estate.

Job Specification

• Communication: Clear, polite speaking and good listening. For most Pakistani call centers this means fluent English, Urdu, or both, depending on the process.
• Active listening: Understanding the customer's problem fully before responding.
• Typing and basic computer skills: Typing at a decent speed while talking, plus comfort with MS Office, email, and CRM software.
• Patience and calm under pressure: Handling angry or upset customers without losing composure.
• Problem-solving: Finding quick, correct answers while the customer is on the line.
