Role Description

The International Business Development Executive is an on-site role based in Sialkot. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new international markets, building relationships with prospective clients, and expanding the company’s global customer base across apparel, sportswear, and textile product lines. Daily tasks include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, managing communications with overseas partners, preparing proposals, and supporting contract negotiations. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams on pricing, production capacity, and delivery timelines, maintaining accurate sales pipelines, and representing the company in international inquiries, trade shows, and online platforms.

Qualifications

• International Business Development and International Business skills for growing global markets and managing cross-border partnerships.
• Market Research and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities, analyze trends, and build a strong international sales pipeline.
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with global clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience or knowledge in textiles, apparel, sportswear, or related manufacturing sectors is highly beneficial.
• Ability to negotiate, prepare commercial proposals, and manage long sales cycles with international buyers.
• Proficiency in English; additional foreign language skills are a plus.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, online B2B platforms, and standard office software to manage leads and client communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
