Job summary

Translation Empire is seeking an experienced IMS Lead to design, implement, and maintain integrated management systems aligned with ISO 9001, 22301, 14001 and 45001. The role leads audits, policy development, staff training, and coordination of external assessments to ensure certification readiness.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage risk, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements across the organization in an onsite setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in implementing and managing QMS across ISO 9001, 22301, 14001, and 45001.
• Proven track record in conducting internal and external audits and managing certification processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) compliant with ISO 9001, 22301, 14001, and 45001 standards.
• Ensure processes align with ISO standards and applicable regulations.
• Develop and refine policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for improvement within the IMS and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate risks.
