Job summary

Translation Empire PK is seeking an experienced IMS Lead to drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of integrated management systems aligning with ISO 9001, 22301, 14001 and 45001. You will oversee policy creation, risk assessments, audits, and training, coordinate external audits, and promote a culture of quality, continuity, environment and safety across the organization.

This office-based role requires 4+ years in QMS, strong analytical and leadership skills, and ISO

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Certifications in ISO standards (Lead Auditor/Implementor) preferred.
• 4+ years of experience implementing and managing QMS across ISO 9001/22301/14001/45001.
• Ability to interpret ISO standards and apply them in diverse contexts.
• Proven auditing experience and certification management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation and maintenance of IMS compliant with ISO 9001, 22301, 14001, 45001.
• Ensure quality, continuity, environment, health and safety processes align with ISO standards.
• Develop policies, procedures and guidelines aligned with ISO standards.
• Identify opportunities for IMS improvement and drive efficiency and compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and reporting to regulators.
• Develop and maintain incident response, disaster recovery and crisis plans.
• Provide training to employees on IMS requirements.
