Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in customer service and demonstrate excellent communication skills in Urdu and English. Job Type: Full-Time, Office Based.

Office Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Office Timings:

• Morning: 10 AM to 7 PM
• Afternoon: 2 PM to 11 PM

Office Location:

• DHA, Phase 5, 26th Street, Karachi
• Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 5, Karachi
• North Nazimabad, Block D, Five Star, Karachi

Requirements

• 2+ Year Customer Service Experience in a fast-paced organization
• Educated (Inter, Graduate, Masters) with good grades
• Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English

Key Responsibilities

• Provide matchmaking services to the clients
• Read and understand the clients’ rishta requirements carefully
• Discuss with the client about their rishta / marriage requirements
• Guide and coach them about their life partner choices
• Search rishta database and find relevant marriage proposals for the clients
• Send highly customized marriage proposals to clients as per their requirements
• Provide customer service to clients using app and portal
• Follow up with clients about their family rishta meetings
• Keep matrimonial clients highly satisfied about the services
• Do Daily, Weekly and Monthly Report to the management
