Job summary

Atheneum is seeking an Associate in the Survey Team who will deliver high-quality quantitative insights by managing end-to-end survey execution, from understanding project requirements to ensuring timely completion.

You will source respondents, run multi-channel outreach, track quotas, and collaborate with Project Managers to provide updates and maintain strong respondent relationships in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Prior experience in Market Research preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail with data handling accuracy.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Understand client briefs to define survey objectives, audience, timelines, and quotas.
• Identify suitable respondents using databases, pools, and external sources.
• Execute multi-channel outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
• Track quotas and push for timely completion within deadlines.
• Maintain respondent relationships for future projects and ensure data integrity.
