Influencer & Creator Marketing Executive – Beauty, Fragrance & FMCG
Company: DXB Perfume
Essential Experience Requirement
Candidates must have at least three years of hands-on influencer marketing experience gained within a multinational company operating in beauty, fragrance or another FMCG sector. This is an essential requirement, and applicants without this specific experience will not be considered.
Role Overview
DXB Perfume is looking for a highly organised, commercially minded and proactive Influencer & Creator Marketing Executive to manage creator partnerships across our markets.
The successful candidate will identify relevant creators, conduct direct outreach, negotiate commercial partnerships, coordinate gifting and campaigns, track deliverables and measure performance.
This is a hands-on influencer marketing and commercial performance role. It is not a general social media, content creation or administrative position.
Every creator partnership must have a clear objective, appropriate cost, agreed deliverables and measurable commercial outcome.
Candidate Targeting Criteria
Candidates will be assessed against the following 10 criteria:
- Influencer marketing experience: A minimum of three years’ direct, hands-on experience in influencer or creator marketing.
- Multinational company experience: Experience must have been gained within a multinational business.
- Relevant industry experience: Previous experience in beauty, fragrance or another FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) sector is essential.
- Creator relationship management: Proven experience identifying, contacting and managing influencers and content creators directly.
- TikTok and Instagram expertise: Strong working knowledge of creator campaigns across TikTok and Instagram.
- End-to-end campaign management: Experience managing influencer campaigns from research and briefing through to content delivery and reporting.
- Commercial negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate creator rates, deliverables, usage rights and partnership terms.
- Performance and ROI analysis: Experience measuring reach, engagement, traffic, sales, affiliate revenue and campaign return on investment.
- Campaign tracking and reporting: Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience maintaining creator databases, budgets and campaign trackers.
- Affiliate and social commerce: TikBox Shop, affiliate marketing or creator‑led social commerce experience is preferred.

- Measure campaign return on investment.
- Identify underperforming creators and campaigns.
- Recommend where budgets should be increased, reduced or reallocated.
- Produce weekly activity updates and monthly performance reports.
