Job summary

Bureau Veritas in Karachi is seeking a Sales Executive in Industry to identify and target potential clients, develop business development strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Based in Karachi, this role involves managing the sales pipeline and preparing compelling proposals with internal teams to enhance offerings.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field (MBA a plus) and at least three years' sales experience in TIC.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field; MBA will be an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the TIC industry.
Knowledge of BV internal systems and processes.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional services to existing clients.
Develop strategies to increase client engagement and retention.
Ensure contracts are in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Work closely with marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
