Job summary

Ibtdara is seeking a highly communicative and proactive Junior Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. The role focuses on qualifying and managing inbound leads and serves as an initial contact for potential customers.

You will understand requirements, identify opportunities, and pass qualified leads to senior reps. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may be considered.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Urdu and English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to quickly understand customer requirements and identify opportunities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High-volume lead handling and repetitive outreach without quality loss.
• Proactive, energetic and target-oriented.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Review and screen high volumes of inbound leads.
• Contact leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Understand prospect requirements and determine interest and suitability.
• Prioritize qualified/high-potential leads from lower quality inquiries.
• Maintain accurate lead information and CRM follow-up records.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects.
• Pass qualified leads to senior sales representatives for further discussions.
• Ensure timely follow-up with leads and maintain professionalism.
• Meet lead qualification and response-time targets.
