Ibtdara in Islamabad, Pakistan is seeking a highly communicative and proactive Junior Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team.

You will focus on qualifying and managing inbound leads, acting as an initial point of contact, understanding requirements, identifying genuine opportunities, and passing qualified leads to senior team members.

A high-volume role requiring energetic, organized individuals with excellent Urdu and English communication and strong CRM management.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Urdu and English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to quickly understand customer requirements and identify genuine opportunities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High volume of leads and repetitive outreach without compromising quality.
• Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills may be considered.
• Experience in sales, customer service, tele-sales, lead generation, or business development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and screen high volumes of inbound leads.
• Contact leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other relevant channels.
• Understand the prospect's requirements and determine their level of interest and suitability.
• Separate and prioritize qualified/high-potential leads from low-quality or unqualified inquiries.
• Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up records in the CRM.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects.
• Pass qualified leads to senior sales representatives for further sales discussions.
• Ensure leads are followed up with professionally and within the required timeframe.
• Meet assigned lead qualification and response-time targets.
