Job summary

AQ Technologies is seeking an energetic outbound sales professional in Pakistan to contact business owners, CEOs, IT managers and other decision-makers. You will generate qualified leads, schedule meetings, and maintain CRM records while hitting daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.

Responsibilities include following up with prospects, nurturing relationships, and coordinating with Sales and Technical teams for smooth lead handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling/outbound roles (BPO, telemarketing, freight brokerage, solar campaigns or similar).
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
• Good computer skills; CRM knowledge is a plus.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to potential business clients.
• Contact business owners, CEOs, IT Managers, and other decision-makers.
• Generate qualified business leads and schedule meetings for the Sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes.
• Follow up with prospective clients and nurture business relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
• Coordinate with Sales and Technical teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
