Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid office and remote role for Inbound Customer Services and Outbound Sales Representatives. In this position, team members are expected to work from our Islamabad office and from home to handle inbound inquiries from restaurant and takeaway partners, provide clear information about services, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Daily tasks include making outbound calls to potential and existing partners, generating and qualifying leads, presenting service offerings, and following up to close sales opportunities. Representatives are expected to maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities, collaborate with colleagues to meet team targets, and provide feedback to improve processes and customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess good english skills, strong Inside Sales and Outbound Sales skills, with experience in calling prospects and converting leads into customers.
• Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation abilities, including identifying potential restaurant and takeaway partners and nurturing opportunities.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build rapport, handle objections, and provide clear, professional support.
• Candidates should have solid customer service experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
• Candidates should be comfortable working remotely, managing time independently, and using CRM and communication tools.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the restaurant/food service sector is beneficial.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
