Allure Digital is seeking an ambitious Outbound Sales Representative for on-site work in Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi. You will proactively reach out to US-based prospects via phone, email, and other channels to present digital marketing services and generate qualified leads.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of experience in outbound sales, excellent English communication, and strong prospecting skills.

Formación

• 3+ years in outbound sales or lead generation, preferably in tech or services.
• Strong written and spoken English with US market experience a plus.
• Ability to build targeted prospect lists and conduct multi-channel outreach.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Outbound Sales Representative role based in Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi. The Outbound Sales Representative will proactively contact prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and other channels to present Allure Digital’s digital marketing services, understand business needs, and generate qualified leads.

What You Will Do:

• Research and identify potential US businesses and key decision-makers
• Build targeted prospect lists based on industry, location, and business needs
• Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn, Google, business directories, databases, and other platforms
• Execute outbound campaigns through cold calling, cold email, and LinkedIn outreach
• Create personalized messages that generate meaningful conversations
• Engage with business owners and marketing decision-makers
• Follow up consistently across multiple channels
• Understand prospect pain points and identify business opportunities
• Qualify prospects based on need, budget, authority, and timeline
• Book qualified discovery meetings for the Business Development team
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity updates
• Track outreach performance and contribute to regular sales reports
• Continuously optimize outreach strategies based on campaign results

What We’re Looking For

• Strong English communication skills — written & verbal
• Experience in outbound sales, cold outreach, lead generation, or appointment setting
• Comfortable communicating with US-based business owners and executives
• Strong research, prospecting, and relationship-building skills
• Basic understanding of SEO, website development, paid advertising, UI/UX, and software solutions
• Experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Instantly, Smartlead, or similar tools is a plus
