Job summary

HOF Global Inc. in Lahore is seeking Immigration Sales Consultants to join our Consultancy Division at DHA Phase 8. The role targets fresh graduates and professionals with 1–3 years in sales or client-facing roles to develop careers in consultative sales and relationship management.

You will handle warm leads, understand immigration requirements, provide accurate information, maintain client records in the CRM, and work toward sales targets in a collaborative, on-site office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–3 years in sales or client-facing roles with target achievement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-management skills.
• Professional and confident communication style.
• Ability to identify client requirements and communicate solutions effectively.
• Strong follow-up, organizational, and lead-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a target-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage warm leads from initial contact through conversion.
• Understand clients’ immigration requirements, objectives, and circumstances.
• Provide accurate and professional information regarding immigration services.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with prospective clients.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to manage the sales pipeline.
• Address client queries and objections in a professional manner.
• Convert qualified leads into clients and meet assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client experience.
