HOF Global Inc. in Lahore is seeking Immigration Sales Consultants to join our Consultancy Division at DHA Phase 8. The role targets fresh graduates and professionals with 1–3 years in sales or client-facing roles to develop careers in consultative sales and relationship management.

You will handle warm leads, understand immigration requirements, provide accurate information, maintain client records in the CRM, and work toward sales targets in a collaborative, on-site office environment.

About the role

HOF Global is seeking qualified and motivated Immigration Sales Consultants to join our growing Consultancy Division at our office in DHA Phase 8, Lahore.

This position is suitable for fresh graduates as well as professionals with 1–3 years of relevant experience who are interested in developing their careers in consultative sales and client relationship management.

Role Details

• Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday – Saturday

What you'll do

• Manage warm leads from initial contact through conversion by understanding client requirements, addressing concerns, and closing qualified leads.
• Understand clients’ immigration requirements, objectives, and individual circumstances.
• Provide accurate and professional information regarding relevant immigration services.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups to effectively manage the sales pipeline.
• Address client queries, concerns, and objections in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
• Convert qualified leads into clients while consistently working toward assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales activities within the CRM.
• Coordinate with relevant internal departments to facilitate an efficient client experience.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, telesales, banking, hospitality, or other client-facing roles, with a strong focus on customer engagement, relationship management, and achieving targets.
