Job summary

ARD Al Falak is seeking a Sales Manager to lead day-to-day sales activities and build strong client relationships in Lahore, Pakistan. The role targets growth in demand for immigration, visa-support and related services, with a 2-year experience expectation and on-site presence.

The position offers a morning full-time schedule, a competitive salary of PKR 25,000–40,000 plus an incentive bonus, and health insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales experience in professional services, travel, immigration support or related client-services environment.
• Ability to identify prospects, qualify inquiries and progress opportunities through a sales pipeline.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day sales activity and contribute to achievable sales plans and revenue targets.
• Identify prospective individual, business, professional, student and corporate clients and understand their service needs.
• Present relevant documentation, visa-support and business services clearly, ensuring expectations are accurate and appropriate.
• Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on inquiries and proposals, and maintain organized records of client interactions and outcomes.
• Build and maintain client relationships, address sales-related concerns and coordinate with internal teams to support a smooth service experience.
• Review sales performance, share market and customer feedback, and recommend practical improvements to outreach and conversion.
• Support consistent sales practices and help colleagues meet agreed priorities and service standards.
