Qualifications

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Email/Chat Support.
• Education: Must be a graduate.
• Location: Gulberg, Lahore.
• Shifts: Hybrid work arrangement.
• Need strong spoken and written English.
• Able to liaise with internal/external staff for day-to-day queries.

Responsibilities

• Provisioning packages upon invoices for new and existing accounts.
• Handle client account upgrades and degradations.
• Address degradations from various channels (Ops, CS, Listing Team).
• Set up XML feed integration.
