Job summary

Motive in Lahore is seeking an Associate Manager, Business Strategy & Operations to scale our go-to-market organization. You will lead a team of analysts and work cross-functionally to improve forecasting, reporting, productivity, and operating efficiency, aligning initiatives with US Eastern Time hours.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong business judgment, data-driven decision making, and the ability to turn complex problems into scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, strategy, analytics, consulting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience leading or mentoring analysts, operations professionals, or cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to connect data and processes to business outcomes.
• Experience building or improving reporting, forecasting, dashboards, planning processes, or operational workflows.
• Excellent communication, organization, ownership, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or a high-growth environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Snowflake, SQL, Google Sheets, BI tools, or workflow automation platforms is preferred.

About the Role:

We are looking for an Associate Manager, Business Strategy & Operations to help scale Motive's go-to-market organization. You will lead a team and partner cross-functionally to improve reporting, forecasting, productivity, growth, retention, and operating efficiency. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring strong business judgment, analytical thinking, and the ability to turn complex problems into clear decisions and scalable processes.

This is a Lahore-based hybrid role aligned with U.S. Eastern Time hours, with 3-4 days of in-office presence required each week.
