Job summary

Murkez Technologies is seeking an experienced Facilities Team Lead to oversee Facilities & Maintenance for our QSR network across the United States. You will coordinate Inventory, Dispatch, Facilities, and Vendor Coordinators, ensuring SOP adherence and cross-functional reporting.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in facilities or maintenance operations, hands-on HVAC experience, and strong English communication. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CMMS or vendor systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in facilities, maintenance operations, or related field, including 1–2 years in a team lead role.
• Expert knowledge and work experience in HVAC systems.
• Strong command of English (written and verbal), with experience communicating with US-based stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; experience with work-order/CMMS or vendor management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Inventory, Dispatch, Facilities, and Vendor Coordinators as per SOPs.
• Oversee the full work order lifecycle and prioritization of requests; ensure timely closure with documentation.
• Oversee inventory management, cost control, vendor onboarding, and master vendor tracking.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements across SOP functions and reporting workflows.
