Responsibilities include daily reporting, POS reconciliation, dashboard creation, vendor coordination, and compliance tracking.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 0.5-1 year of experience in administrative or analytical roles.
• Strong command of English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
• Attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Experience with POS systems, inventory software, or ERP tools is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and update daily sales, inventory, and operational reports.
• Reconcile POS data with backend systems and identify discrepancies.
• Generate weekly and monthly dashboards to track performance and metrics.
• Assist in vendor coordination, invoice processing, and documentation management.
• Track compliance metrics and ensure timely submission of forms.
• Liaise with U.S.-based store managers and vendors via email and calls.
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest improvements.
