Job summary

DP World NLC Logistics (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR activities in line with company policies.

You will coordinate with managers, handle interviews, prepare letters, maintain records in Oracle Fusion and HRMS, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Admin or related field.
• 2-3 years of HR experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment across Pan Pakistan, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews and selection.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters and other hiring documents.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for recruitment and onboarding of outsourced employees.
• Oversee onboarding activities to ensure a smooth joining experience.
• Maintain employee data in Oracle Fusion and HRMS, ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain and update employee personal files and candidate databases.
• Support day-to-day HR administrative and operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive, responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to hire qualified candidates in line with the organization’s workforce requirements. The role ensures smooth hiring and onboarding processes, accurate maintenance of employee records, and effective support to day-to-day HR activities in line with company policies and procedures.

What You Will Do:

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment activities across Pan Pakistan, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination and selection to meet organizational hiring needs.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters and other hiring documentation.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for recruitment and onboarding of outsourced employees.
• Oversee employee onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and positive joining experience.
• Support employee orientation and induction sessions to integrate new hires effectively.
• Maintain employee data in Oracle Fusion and HRMS, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information.
• Maintain and update employee personal files, records, and candidate databases accurately.
• Support day-to-day HR administrative and operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
