Job summary

Hirestaff.ai is seeking an HR Executive for our US-based client to run day-to-day HR operations from our Karachi office. This onsite role operates in a fast-paced night shift and requires a proactive, organized candidate for end-to-end HR duties.

You will drive recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and payroll support while safeguarding compliance and staff welfare. English communication and HRMS proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on HR Executive or operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Willing to work 8:00 PM–5:00 AM PKT, 6 days a week, onsite.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling and interviews.
• Oversee onboarding, orientation for new hires and structured offboarding.
• Manage attendance tracking, leave balances, HR databases, and assist payroll processing.
• Serve as point of contact for staff queries and grievances to support a positive culture.
• Ensure adherence to labor regulations and internal policies; propose improvements.

• Serve as a point of contact for staff queries and grievances to foster a supportive and productive workplace culture.
• Ensure strict adherence to labor regulations and internal company policies while suggesting operational enhancements.

Must-Have Criteria & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven hands-on experience in an HR Executive or operations role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Absolute readiness to work 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PKT, 6 days a week, onsite.
• High proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Excel/Word, strong conflict resolution, and exceptional English communication skills.
