Job summary

ZTE is seeking an experienced HSS/UDM Expert with a strong CS Core background to support deployment, integration, operations, optimization, and troubleshooting across subscriber management platforms in Islamabad. You will work with Core Network, IMS, VoLTE, Operations, and Customer Support to ensure stability and optimal subscriber experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
• 5–6+ years of experience in Telecom Core Network environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with HSS/UDM platforms and related deployments.
• Solid CS Core background including MSC, MGW, HLR.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, integrate, configure, and operate HSS and UDM platforms.
• Manage subscriber provisioning, authentication, and profile management.
• Troubleshoot complex HSS/UDM/IMS/VoLTE service issues.
• Support CS Core environments including HLR, MSC, and MGW integrations.
• Analyze KPIs, alarms, traces, and performance indicators to identify issues.
• Perform root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Support Diameter, SS7, and SIGTRAN signaling troubleshooting.
• Participate in software upgrades, patches, migrations, and network enhancements.
• Support 4G EPC and 5G Core subscriber management services.
• Coordinate with customers, operations teams, vendors, and engineering.
• Develop technical reports, operational documentation, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Ensure service availability, network stability, and performance targets.
