Job summary

UNOPS Islamabad Office is seeking an HR Associate (Partner Personnel) to deliver comprehensive HR support to partners, ensuring compliant management of contracts, payroll and benefits.

You will collaborate with client focal persons, assist in recruitment, maintain HR records, process travel and insurance entitlements, and contribute to HR policy development, reporting to the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing contracts, payroll and benefits administration.
• Proficient in MS Office, G-Suite and web-based HR systems.
• Experience in recruitment and selection processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support to partners' personnel contracts and payroll.
• Assist recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews coordination.
• Maintain accurate HR records and provide HR policy updates.
• Coordinate with client focal persons and partners on HR matters.
