Job summary

UNOPS in Pakistan is looking for an HR Assistant to support recruitment, HR information systems, and general HR services for Office personnel. The role focuses on data integrity, documentation, and service delivery across HR processes.

The incumbent will assist with visa and permit applications, contract renewals, and attendance/leave records, while coordinating with the HR Lead and engaging in knowledge sharing in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Secondary education with 4 years of relevant HR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 0 years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience with MS Office and web-based management systems is required.
• Knowledge of recruitment policies and HR procedures is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review recruitment requests for international consultants and track status.
• Draft and prepare offers of appointment/assignment for signature.
• Monitor stages of recruitment and escalate delays to HR Lead.
• Input and extract data from HRIS and support personnel processes.
• Verify HR-related claims and benefits for accuracy.
