Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in HR administration or personnel support functions.
• Experience supporting administrative processes and delivering quality HR support services.
• Experience working with confidential personnel information and maintaining accurate records.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural work environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and email systems.
• Previous experience with HRIS or ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
• Previous experience with international organizations, humanitarian agencies, NGOs, or government institutions is an advantage.
