Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of relevant HR experience with a High School diploma.
• Two years of HR experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience handling confidential personnel information.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders in multicultural settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS/ERP (Oracle) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment: publish vacancies, receive applications, coordinate interviews.
• Handle pre-employment activities: EOD docs, medical clearances, orientation.
• Manage HR data: input, maintain, generate reports.
• Timekeeper duties: manage leaves, generate leave reports.
• Support separation, classification, and promotions with documentation.
• Maintain electronic and physical personnel files and HR policies.
• Organize HR meetings and training, arrange logistics.
• Respond to inquiries on HR policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
