Job summary

PRIME BPO is seeking a highly experienced HR Manager to lead core HR functions in a fast-paced BPO environment. Based in Rawalpindi Satellite Town, this on-site role covers recruitment, payroll, attendance, compliance and employee relations, with a focus on ISO standards and policy implementation.

The candidate will oversee end-to-end HR operations, drive engagement, and supervise HR staff while aligning with department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management or related field (MBA/MS in HR preferred).
• 3–5 years of HR Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, attendance, recruitment, and compliance.
• Experience with HR software and CRM/HRMS.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company standards and ISO compliance.
• Oversee payroll processing, compensation, and employee benefits administration.
• Manage employee attendance, leaves, and shift scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
• Coordinate performance management processes and employee evaluations.
• Conduct HR audits and ensure ISO and internal compliance standards are maintained.
• Work closely with department heads to fulfill hiring and operational needs.
• Develop employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Supervise HR staff and ensure smooth departmental operations.
