Job summary

Meds Nexus Private Limited is seeking an HR Intern to join the Human Resources team in Rawalpindi on a night shift. This role offers hands-on experience in HR data management, workforce reporting, and performance tracking, with potential transition to a permanent position.

The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine interest in HR operations. Night shifts run from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday through Friday, onsite at the Murree Road

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Human Resources, Public Administration or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply with strong numerical accuracy and interest in HR data metrics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel including pivot tables, formulas, and data validation.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and work onsite night shift in Rawalpindi.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain employee master records accurately inputting, auditing, and cleaning data in HRMS databases.
• Support tracking of employee performance by collecting probation review forms and appraisal sheets.
• Conduct audits to identify missing files in employee digital profiles and follow up to ensure completeness.
• Assist in improving HR processes by contributing to data entry templates and HR reporting efficiency.
