A reputable marriage organization in Sindh is seeking a Data Entry specialist to manage member profiles and ensure data accuracy. Responsibilities include updating records, organizing documents, and supporting the matchmaking team. Ideal candidates will possess fast typing skills and be proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month based on experience, in a supportive and female-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Fast and accurate typing skills are a must.
• Candidates should have basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• A good understanding of Roman Urdu and English is required.
• Strong attention to detail and error-spotting skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update new member profiles into the system.
• Verify and fix mistakes in existing client records.
• Organize and upload digital documents and photos.
• Maintain daily logs and reports of data entered.
• Help the matchmaking team find specific records.
• Ensure data is stored accurately and kept confidential.

Job Type: Full-Time, Office Based.

Office Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Office Timings:

• Morning: 10 AM to 7 PM
• Afternoon: 2 PM to 11 PM

Office Location:

• DHA, Phase 5, 26th Street, Karachi
• Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 5, Karachi
• North Nazimabad, Block D, Five Star, Karachi

Requirements

• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Matric, Inter, or Graduate.
• Good understanding of Roman Urdu and English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
• Honest and committed to handling private data securely.
