Job summary

Pinetrix is seeking an HR Intern to join our Lahore team at Thokar Niaz Baig. The role focuses on recruitment and HR operations, with in-person duties and a 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM schedule, Monday through Friday. Preference given to female candidates.

The internship offers hands-on HR experience, development of professional skills, and opportunities to engage with the HR team in daily tasks in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office applications and documentation management.
• Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including screening candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews in an efficient manner.
• Communicate with candidates to provide timely updates on their interview status.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and manage HR documentation.
• Support daily HR activities and perform various administrative tasks as required.
• Collaborate with the HR team on additional responsibilities as assigned.
